Acquisition & Delivery

Works by Botanica Brasilis are dispatched directly from the studio in Ireland following confirmation of acquisition.

Each artwork is prepared individually according to its textile format. Linen scrolls are carefully rolled around an archival support and protected within reinforced postal tubes to ensure safe transport while preserving the integrity and movement of the textile surface.

Every order is handled with the same level of care given to the works within the studio itself.

Shipping region

Shipping is currently available throughout the European Union.

For collectors located outside the EU, international arrangements may be discussed individually with the studio prior to acquisition.

Dispatch time

Works are typically dispatched within 5–10 working days following confirmation of purchase.

As each piece is prepared individually, certain works may occasionally require additional handling or preparation time before shipment. Any extended timeframe will always be communicated in advance.

Delivery

All artworks are shipped using tracked and insured delivery services.

Tracking information is provided once the work has been dispatched. Delivery times vary according to destination within Europe, though most EU deliveries arrive within several working days following dispatch.

Each scroll arrives ready to hang, with wooden dowel and hanging cord included.

Customs and duties

No customs charges apply to deliveries within the European Union.

Collectors outside the EU are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply within their destination country.

Care on arrival

Textile works are shipped rolled rather than folded in order to preserve the linen surface and avoid creasing during transit.

Upon arrival, the scroll may be gently unrolled and either rested flat for a short period or hung directly according to the studio’s recommended display method. Minor natural undulations within the linen are characteristic of the work and contribute to its material presence.
