Shipping & Delivery

Works by Botanica Brasilis are dispatched directly from the studio following confirmation of acquisition.

Each piece is prepared and packed with care according to its textile format. Linen works are rolled around an archival core and protected within reinforced postal tubes or flat packaging where appropriate. This method ensures stability during transport while preserving the material integrity of the cloth.

Shipping region

Shipping is currently available within the European Union.

For locations outside the EU, arrangements may be discussed on an individual basis.

Dispatch time

Works are typically dispatched within 5–10 working days of confirmation.
Larger or newly completed pieces may require additional preparation time. Any extended timeframe will be communicated in advance.

Delivery

Delivery is handled through registered and trackable postal or courier services.
Tracking details are provided once the work has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary by destination within Europe.

Customs and duties

No customs charges apply for deliveries within the European Union.

Collectors outside the EU are responsible for any local import duties or taxes, where applicable.

Care on arrival

Textile works are shipped rolled rather than folded to avoid creasing. Upon arrival, works may be unrolled and allowed to rest flat or hung according to the studio’s display guidance.

If specific delivery requirements, timelines, or handling considerations are needed, please contact the studio in advance. We are happy to coordinate individual arrangements for collectors, galleries, and institutions.
